You can not wear it all day . At least I can’t as had pains in abdominal area next day. Have only tried it once.

I could never t tell that I had the top on so I was not sure it was actually doing anything. On the other hand, it is comfortable enough to wear on an everyday basis.

Love this shirt! I wear it on daily brisk walks or workouts, and this shirt helps me retain erect posture. I aim to avoid the “dowager’s Hump! In addition, whenever I am having an extra busy or stressful day, I start to feel the tightening and twinge of pain in my upper back so I put my TOMMIE COPPER shirt on and get immediate relief before the full-blown ache arrives. I am so grateful to be free of pain relievers from lotions, creams and pills!

I purchased a large and that didn’t fit. The xl fits me, but I don’t feel the shoulder being supported. It’s loose. But it helps my back.
