I have a problem in my lower back with my discs that affects my right leg When I over do things. I LOVE this shirt. Not only does it help hold my core but the support/pressure on my back and shoulders is amazing. I can mow the lawn, work in the garden, take a walk without being in pain afterwards. The fabric doesn’t breathe well so we’ll see if it can be worn in the summer of Florida I’ll probably order the sleeveless one.

Gives shoulder support to my rotator cuff muscles. Also supports the torso during 13 hours of delivering non stop nursing care. Looks great under scrubs and has copper's natural antibacterial (odor control) properties.

As far as the compression for the shoulder and back is concerned, it is great! I get a lot of support. The first few hours my shoulder was sore from the pressure. But later, it adapted and I received good support The reason I took off one star is because if you are top-heavy, and you go up one size to accommodate for your breast then the shirt is too loose if you have a small frame. so for me, ordering a small is extremely tight on my breasts I look like I have a unit boob, but it does help my back. Also, it would help if they would add a zipper compression top to their line. Even sizing up, I require help getting it off because of my injury and require help.

The size large in this

The size large in this one is still very snug, does make me hot when the weather is warm. It does make my chest into a uniboob so more of a shaped front would be a huge plus. It is extra firm on back and shoulders though whit feels very good. It is a bit of a struggle to get in and out of but manageable if it helps my posture.
