It actually does very little to improve my posture. I was pretty disappointed in it. A lot of money for little results.

I bought this shirt hoping it would help my posture when playing the piano. It definitely helps. As a retired music teacher, I play for personal enjoyment, but my back had started to ache after a short while. Wearing this shirt offers comfort and support so I can play longer. Very happy.
