My husband is disabled, and I do a great deal of lifting and rolling him. I wear my short-sleeved shoulder shirt as much as possible and it does help my shoulder pain. It doesn't alleviate the pain completely, but it is better.

Not designed for large busted women

Great idea, but not designed for large busted women who don't want to be smooshed! I ordered a size larger than I normally wear and it was still to snug in that area, but the shoulders were loose. Not helpful, so I had to return them.
