greatest invention ever

let me tell you about myself, I had knee replacement in 2010 in left knee, fractured right patella 2018, had arthroscopic surgery on left knee in 2020 for cartilage floating loose causing pain. I have serious arthritis in both knees , as you know it gets worse every year, I have had 3 torn meniscuses repaired. I am 69, I walk, 2 years ago I walked 32-35 miles a week. But 2 years ago I was diagnosed with lumbar arthritis, it sucks big time, I could wear my tommie copper knee braces and deal with the pain but the back arthritis cut down severely on ability to walk. I do take an anti-inflammatory for my back but still doesn't always make doing the hills possible. So Tommie Copper came out with built in back brace pants, they helped a lot, but THESE, they are adjustable , makes a huge difference , can do the hills, takes care of my arthritic pain very well. Been cold here in Northern Ky, but with these I can do almost 7 miles a walk rather than 5 and I gotta tell you these are worth the price. Love Tommie copper. I need to keep a knee sleeve on 24 hours a day on left knee, that's how bad arthritis is and I have to walk and Tommie Copper lets me do that

Absolutely wonderful product

These back support leggings are great. They are so comfortable and not only do they help with my lower back pain but they also make my legs feel wonderful, helping my knees and hips. I would wear them all the time if I didn't have to take them off to wash them.

I truly felt support of my lower back with the pro grade capris. Being able to tighten or loosen the support during my exercise routine was a relief. I was having discomfort with my right hip and the extra support has really helped my hip.

These are great even if you don’t have low back pain. The support is perfect bc you decide how much tension to add to the band. I love that it’s higher waisted but not so high that they roll down like other (even more expensive) workout pants I’ve had. I’ve had two kids and getting back to working out has been tough- these leggings have helped me feel stronger and definitely more supported as my core is very weak. They are still comfortable though!!!

My New favorite Tommie Copper Clothing

These leggings are spending more time on me than in the drawer! The back support is much better for my posture than wearing your traditional back support with workout clothes. This is a great product for Yoga and or Pilates.
I would love to see this available in a skort and in running shorts.

I really love these leggings with back straps! The leggings feel great, they are easy to get on, and offer the support that I need. The adjustable back straps make it even nicer because you can tighten it to give your lower back more support. i really like the pocket that's on the side, an added bonus!

Great all day back support!

Love these leggings! I wore them all day - did my usual 2 mile walk in the morning, gardened in my yard, & then just the usual daily run around. At the end of the day, I was pleased that I did not feel the usual back fatigue or slight achiness that I have come to accept as normal. The fit of these leggings is very comfortable, supportive, as well as stylish. The adjustable waist straps allow you to decide the how much support you want each time you put them on. Garment construction is excellent, as expected from Tommie Copper. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Good for the serious workouts

It’s been years since I tried TC leggings, although I practically live in TC compression tops. So when I tried these leggings, I was impressed. The Size L fit just right. (I am 5’9” and 155 pounds.) I love the fabric – soft and supportive, but not restrictive. I especially liked that the leggings didn’t need frequent adjustment (some brands you have to pull up every few minutes). TC leggings have become my new favorites. If I could review the leggings separately from the attached adjustable back support straps, I would give the leggings 5 stars. The adjustable back support straps get 4 stars, mainly because I would like them to be a little wider and placed higher on the true waistline. (Given my height, that may not be an issue for everyone.) The support straps seem geared to serious effort, like for an upper body workout with my trainer or perhaps a heavy gardening session. I could wear the leggings all day, but needed a break from the straps after a few hours. The garment washed well and came out looking like new. I took the precaution of making sure the straps were secured to the waist area of the leggings so the Velcro wouldn’t snag on anything, washed it in a lingerie bag, and hung to dry.
