Since you've asked for my opinion, I wish I hadn't bought this tool. The battery life is far too short and the 5-minute recharge that is mentioned is really misleading. If I hadn't used it, and is now dirty, I would return it to Menards, but I cannot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the Skil Power core 20 saw. This thing is a 1 handed tool but you can use 2 if you like also.
Seems to have quite a bit of vibration but not as much as some of the ones I've tried so I think that's just the way it goes.
For a small tool it's really kind of The Best of both worlds if you're not using one every day. It's very handy pruning small trees and with the right blade you can go up to three or four inches no problem.
I'm looking forward to skill upping their game and continuing to put out good tools at a good price.

This tool is working as expected. I use my tools pretty often & work them hard. So far this is holding up. Only had it a few weeks but have put it thru it’s paces on a steady basis. Hope it last as long as the last one, which was around 13 years.
