I just got in yesterday and I've already used it for three or four estimates. so much easier than with a tape measure. It has a digital screen and it can get the area for two of your measurements it's freaking great not to mention the wheel to measure something.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wow is it ever accurate!

Man I got this tool just to use around the house to get a general idea about measurements but man its accurate. And they say it only does about 65 ft but I did from my front house to the fence across the street and it showed up 78 feet. It was still light out! My buddy is using it now to do mortage appraisals. (Told him I want ot back lol )He said its perfect he does the whole house in minutes. And the wheel comes in handy for doing rounded areas. Small and quick and accurate! Great work skil!

Does not work due to the batteries that were provided carroding after 4 months
