The directions provided weren't the most clear - especially in trying to figure out how to put the sliding window panel together. It took me hours, and was frustrating. If there was a video on how to put this Newair model together that would've been super helpful. After finally figuring out how to put this together the sliding window panel unfortunately wasn't a perfect fit (there are some small openings). However, the A/C still works and my room is nice and cool during these hot days. Also, one of the two tubes has a small hole/perforation. It does not seem to affect the a/c performance, but I'm contacting Newair about this because this is a new and expensive device. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase despite the initial frustrations.
