I just got it but so far I really like it. Nice looking and as non stick as advertised. I’m finding it a challenge to start with medium heat but as advertised it heats up fast and maintains a hot temperature. I’ve boiled over a few things on my lowest sitting because I had the lid on the pot fully settled inside of slightly crocked.

I want to love my pans but I am already seeing peeling around the edge of the 8 inch. It is so hard to find good non-stick pans.

I've tried many non-stick pans in the past, non of which I would recommend. I'm sure like many, seeing Stanley Tucci's collaboration with Green Pan made me research them a bit further. I bought the 3 piece Reserve Ceramic in the Wisteria (stunning color). These are truly non-stick! I'm not much of a cook, but I wanted to have nice & "clean" (chemical free) pans to cook in. If I had more confidence, I would have flipped my eggs without a utensil...but I'm just not there yet! NOTHING has stuck to the pans. I even burnt a bit of sauce and the cleanup was a breeze! These pans, I would recommend. The price was fair and hopefully the pans will last for years to come.

This is my third Greenpan purchase and I am still happy with the function of the nonstick of this brand. I only really wanted the 1.5qt pan, which I wish was sold on it's own. I like how light these are so I can pick them up when full without too much effort.
