I could fry potstickers with very little oil, and they didn't stick at all! To me that's an ultimate test. It's only been a few weeks so I'll have to see how long they last, but so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect Nonstick Cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Reserve Collection 12” frypan in Blush from Green Pan is a gorgeous frying pan! The color is just so pretty! You can tell by the weight and design that it is durable.
The ceramic nonstick coating is perfect! Nothing sticks whatsoever! I love that I can use my metal utensils without worrying about scratching it up.
So far, everything I have cooked on it, has cooked evenly and perfect! Cleanup is super easy! It’s even dishwasher safe! I want to get all the pots and pans in this collection.

Hearty Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ceramic pan is sturdy. I love how big it is and it’s perfect for sautéing and all. It has a non stick surface so it makes cleaning very easy. I needed a piece of cookware like this so it was love at first use.

Amazing Pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am IN LOVE with this pan. For starters, it’s is so cute. The size is great. I have used Green Pan products in the past and have the large skillets and the small ones but have never had the 12” ones. This one is perfect for a one person meal or a side dish— something not big. I wouldn’t say they are necessarily a “wipe clean” kind of pan, but not everything sticks to them. Keep them off of super high heat. Medium is where I’ve found the best results. They also say they are metal utensil safe, but the one time I used metal utensils on a previous Green Pan I owned— it got super scratched. I prefer to use rubber. All in all, these pans are extraordinary. I’ve traded all of my others for Green Pans and have even purchased their matching utensil sets off their website. I am very excited and happy to have been chosen to review this limited edition Blush pan.

Beautiful nonstick frypan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this color blush and the gold accent of the frypan. It’s so beautiful. I’ve tried to fry eggs with it and it didn’t stick at all. The fried egg slides right off the pan. Quick and easy to clean.
