I have an induction stove top. I bought an expensive set of pots and pans of a reputable brand. It had been a real struggle to fry saute anything without having to babysit the food to just keep it from sticking, even when cooking on low. A friend told me about the Green Pan.

I wish I hadn’t waited so long to make the switch from traditional nonstick (all our pans were SO scratched up!) to this ceramic cookware. These frypans and the saucepans we bought are both beautiful and substantial. I believe they will last us FAR longer than our nonstick cookware, and be safer for us to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ceramic frypan is my new favorite! It’s nonstick so I don’t have to worry about my food getting stuck to the pan. It distributes heat very well, so my food cooks evenly. With the pan being 12 inches, the handle is definitely appreciated. Not to mention, clean up is quick and easy. I have used it to cook with almost everyday since it came in the mail. I love it and highly recommend if you’re looking for a new frying pan.
