Satisfied Customer!

I am picky, like what I buy to work as advertised and even impress me more than I dreamed. This new collection is simply amazing... so many things I love about it. I was pulled in by GreenPan's healthy coating, important to me and my family. But what I was really impressed by was out well it cooks and how easy it is to clean. I am loving my new cookware and as we cook everyday... it is getting a great deal of use. I could not be happier and buying one of the other colors as a gift. I highly recommend! Easy, nice to cook with, simple clean up, and looks great.

I bought these on Good Morning America and really like the way the cook items. The only thing I do not like is even if you use plastic or wood they still chip way to easy. Spent way to much for how easy they are to chip the white covering.😢

Not long lasting, no warranty recourse

First, non stick coatings do not last forever, that’s why they aren’t warrantied for very long. That said, we use the 10” ceramic more than the 12”. Oddly, my 12” stainless revere lid fits the 10” pan, and we use a universal 14” on the 12”. So, pans are not 10” and 12”.
We are incredibly careful to never go above medium setting, understand oil and water needs for nonstick pans, wash by hand with soft sponge only, stack with padded liners between, and only use wood and silicone on these pans. They are still quite good at being nonstick, however the 10” pan has three nicks or scratches about 1/4” and 1/2” long after just over 1 year of occasional use (once or twice a week). They are on the interior base of the pan, not near the rim where the lid might explain them. Not healthy, so out it goes.
Love the nontoxic coating, it’s why we use it in the first place. Love the recycle option, though we have a hard to recycle center here that will take old pans for less. Wish there were metal lids for these pans available, the new glass lids, be they for pans or crock pots shatter and crack all too easily, (I miss the old solid Pyrex lids).
Warranty good only for original purchaser, and as this was a Christmas gift, I have no recourse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our pots and pans for 20 years and my mom finally accepted replacing them. These are really good, easy to clean, easy to store, and easy to like by appearance. My favorite part is they're not too heavy.

These pans chip easily

It was long after I purchased these pans and they began to chip. Also, after doing some research I found out that there are toxins in the coating on these pans. Worst investment ever.

Started Great, but Not Worth the Investment

I was so excited when we first got this set! They are beautiful, cooked so well, and cleaned up like a breeze! We've now had them for a mere year and a half and not 1, not 2, but 4 of our pans are no longer non-stick, have stains that you simply cannot get out, and even more have chips and scratches on the cook surface. I would like to point out that we were EXTREMELY careful in our care of these pans. They have ONLY been used with wooden cooking utensils, were NEVER used at anything higher than medium heat, and were ALWAYS hand washed. They were always stored safely, without stacking, except for the skillets, which had protectors in between. While the color on the outside is still nice, and the handles are still lovely and gold, the actually cooking surface is now destroyed on so many of our pans (even the one black skillet we have, because that size didn't come in this color). We are so incredibly disappointed that we have to now spend several hundred on a new set of pans so soon. I know non-stick don't last forever, but was expecting to have these for at least 5 years with the claims ceramic pans have. I've had much cheaper non-stick pans last for double that time! So sad and will not buy again nor recommend.

Eggs are impossible

If you buy the reserve ceramic with gold toned handles, you will need to buy a separate pan specifically for eggs. It’s impossible to make an over medium egg without it sticking to the pan even using oil or butter. Prove me wrong GreenPan. I’ll totally change my rating if you post a video start to finish placing pan on the stove, flame setting, flipping it with no stick etc…

Don’t buy

I got this set as a house warming gift. After 2-3 uses the pans became disclored with stains that do not come off. There is scratches in it after a 1 month. When using the small frying pan everything sticks and burns to the pan. It’s very unfortunate to pay so much money for something that didn’t last very long .
