The nonstick surface works perfectly, making it great for frying and stirring without any food sticking to the surface. Following instructions to cook over low and medium heat was very good suggestion & worked well. Love that don’t have to worry about harmful chemicals coming grom pans. I have been using these pans for almost a year and I absolutely love them they are still nonstick they are still easy to clean up and they still look fabulous as I have them hanging from the racks from my ceiling. I will definitely be getting some more of these great pans and like I said cooks my food fantastically! ❣️👌🏽
