As nice as they look, I wish the performance were as good. The coating works well, however none of the three in my set heats evenly. One side of the pan always cooks hotter than the other side resulting in over browning or undercooking. I would rather pay a little more to have something that heats evenly. These are a disappointment.

Non stick coating works and cooks evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous about the nonstick coating but it was great. We had taco night and the meat cooked evenly throughout the pan. It was also super easy to clean.
