[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality on this pan is amazing! I tried cooking five different things on it and they all cooked very well and it was easy to clean afterwards. I love that it has the matching lid, especially for such a big pan. I think this pan is going to last me a very long time. I highly recommend it.

As nice as they look, I wish the performance were as good. The coating works well, however none of the three in my set heats evenly. One side of the pan always cooks hotter than the other side resulting in over browning or undercooking. I would rather pay a little more to have something that heats evenly. These are a disappointment.

Non stick coating works and cooks evenly
