Absolutely surprised how well it cleaned up. Literally you can wipe it clean with a paper towel. Food evenly cooks on the ceramic surface. Very attractive in my kitchen. Also ordered the utinsels and love them. Mine were mismatched. The new ones look very nice on my kitchen cabinet.

Amazing capabilities in all forms of pan cooking: pork chops & steaks, braising, stir-fry, best eggs ever. And then when finished, even after steaks and pork chops, gentle wipe under water with soapy washcloth makes them look brand new literally in seconds.

While the pots and pans look beautiful, they do not last. We placed these on our registry and are disappointed in the quality. We've hand washed only and the white lining has already become chipped along the edge, and scratches are noticeable on the inside of the pan even with using only silicone and wooden cooking utensils. The bottom of these pans are ROUGH and WILL damage the other pots/pans if you nest them without protectors (e.g. in the sink). Extremely disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
