Disappointed in the ordering process but happy with the product

As a first-time, Tommy Copper customer, I was given a first-time, discount code, so I purchased an extra pair of Tommy Copper gloves. I attempted to apply the discount code for the two pair, and discovered the discount was not applied. I was very frustrated about the lost discount, but the gloves provide just the right compression and have reduced swelling in my fingers. So despite the frustration in the order process, I am happy with the product.
