Great Machine

Bought this AC on sale a couple months ago. It's a great machine, it's very quiet and honestly a really nice hum/white noise that I actually enjoy. It cools my small apartment nicely, and the window setup was super easy.
I guess my only complaint would be that on super humid days, it does put out a bit of water and Honeywell recommends putting a "tray" underneath the drain. However, that wasn't included and it was difficult to find something that would work because the drain is very close to the ground. That's the only reason I'd give it 4 stars instead of 5.
But other than that, great machine and would highly recommend!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything working great definitely 👍 recommended to buy👍, i real satisfied really quiet even i put in the highest speed i still can hear the tv i really love ❤️ it.

Thanks Best Buy for arranging fast delivery and reasonable price.,The Honeywell air conditioner of operation so quite and full powerful, my family enjoys comfortable temperature when outside high degrees in summer.

effective for a small to medium sized room

We bought this unit in June for mom, thinking that this summer could be hot, and now very glad we did. This is effective enough for her bedroom and could bring cool air in the kitchen next to the room when she needs to cook. The hose is only 4 feet (I read it that if you added length to the hose it reduces the effectiveness to take out hotair which will be more costly) and it could be a bit noisy for people who are sensitive to noise - thankfully at night the temperature is cool enough and it is not a problem. It is comparable to the noise level of the air conditioner (not the central air conditioning) in the hotel room. Hope that helps.

I give it five stars, thus far it has worked well in keeping our living room and kitchen cool during the brief hot spell we had in May. Installation was easy.
I also like that the air comes out the from of the machine as opposed to others that have a deflector on the top.
When the compressor kicks in the unit does a slight twist from the torque on the motor.
It is also reasonably quiet.

Very noisy and inefficient

It is not effective as described in the spec: we are using it for 350 sq ft room and our unit is not able to cool temperature to comfortable level, it cools from 27C to 25C, though it works the whole day on the max power.
Also, it is very noisy, I measured noise level near A/C and it ~ 70dB, but not 52dB as is in spec.
I don't recommend it.

works but you cannot take apart the hose to replac

great air conditioner but the thermastate is set to the room temperature and you cannot take the hose aprart to replace it, the hose is so stiff and not long enough either. the hose comes already put together and has creases in it that should not be there, it may last another summer then i will have to by another hose for 5.5 inch which you also have to get the two end attchments too as I cannot take them apart.

I live in a 66x12 mini home and I was gold it would cool off the entire space .Big disappointment since it only cools off one end and that’s the direction it blows .Soon as you pass the AC,the heat hit you in the face .Good for one room
