Strong computer but heavy and runs hot

The computer is very strong, can handle all task but it is very heavy as is the power block. Also, the fan runs strong in any of the modes when the task is heavier. Also, I have it sitting on an additional fan to keep it cool. So it is noisy and runs hot in my opinion.

No complaint except for the keyboard lighting that always goes completely dark after waking the laptop up from idle state. It does not stay in the same lighting scheme before putting the laptop in idle mode.

Bad laptop and support

Had it less than a week, and so far am very pleased with this machine. Size and weight are great for a 17", QHD is phenomenal, and it's a blazingly fast and capable laptop for both gaming and work. Only downsides so far is the lack of usbs on the right side, and the ease of which fingerprints show on it, both of which are fairly minor concerns
