Hi! The screen of the laptop turns black every 5 hours of continuous use. I don’t know why! I’m very worried about that, is there anything I can do to fix the problem?

Great computer except for wifi/bluetooth adapter.

Great laptop for the price and I like the 4K screen for working with 4K video.
The only problem is that wifi/bluetooth adapter suddenly stopped working and nothing I have tried has been able to fix it. I had to get an external wifi adapter to connect.
I am sure it can be fixed under warranty but I am not looking forward to having to send it in for repairs.
