Good colors, easy installation .

I love the colors. 25 '' Little bit small for gaming but totally l am happy with monitor. Shipped-delivered in 24 hours.

Nice monitor. I got it for the adjustable height, tilt and rotation and I'm happy with it. Very easy set up and assembly.

Defective Monitor and Missing Serial Label, Total

A couple of months ago I ordered this monitor from best buy, which was labeled as new. I paid a prenium for a new one, as open boxes are 50 dollars cheaper. However, after just a couple weeks of use, the monitor stopped working entirely, and because I unboxed it quite a while after ordering, the return window was missed by just 2 days.
This would be fine, however, if I could use the manufacturer warranty promised by Samsung and Best Buy. Unfortunately, for some reason the "new" monitor shipped without a serial label on it, preventing me from getting the monitor serviced by Samsung.
It's one thing to ship defective monitors to customers for full price, but another thing entirely to ship an item that has literally no way to be identified. I'm extremely disappointed in both the product I received and the very poor customer service, which served no purpose but to waste my time and did not help at all.
Needless to say, I would not recommend Best Buy ever to anyone because of this horrible experience.
