Smooth as silk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so accustomed to my current flat iron (for curls) that it took me a minute to try this. I regret waiting! It is so easy to use and, unlike my flat iron, never pulls my hair or burns my skin (thanks to the cooling feature and the grips at the point of the iron). My only critiques are subjective: the cooling fan is a little loud for my taste, and the curls come out more like a curling iron than a flat iron. But they are shiny, smooth, and only take a second to form, making it feel safer and healthier, probably worth the trade off. And you can turn the fan off! I can't wait to try this as a straightener. PS - don't let the photos fool you - my hair is extremely thick and coarse, but this wand works like a charm!

Idea Is Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very long hair of medium thickness. I take very good care of my hair. Styling irons/dryers can be very damaging therefore I only buy the best. I really like the idea of cooler temperature curls. A nice cool down to set the curls this product does that.
When you turn on the styler you here a constant fan. That is unlike any other product I've used. I would prefer a dial to set the temperature of heat rather than low/med/high.
This product takes practice. I had problems in that the mouth doesn't open wide enough. Also my hair got snagged at the base.
I like the product. I love the idea. I think it needs some tweaking.
In its current format I think it is better for med length hair.

Singed My Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing burned through a chunk of my hair. I am shocked. My hair is very healthy- I don't dye it, and rarely heat treat it. I followed the instructions to a T, so I am really upset. Maybe it was faulty?

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it one it has different heat settings and you can get the right amount of heat for your hair. It goes to 400 degrees and what makes this different it blows out air in the barrels to it helps with the curls. It's easy to use and love that the cord moves with you so you don't get Tangled.

Great looking and great working tool!

When first taking this tool out of the box, you can really see it was well made. The parts are sleek, the styler itself is ready to use in seconds and my hair was still a bit damp but 3 swipes of this machine and my hair is completely dry and styled. This is a great product for the money.

Not good for long hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long hair, that comes down to my lower back, I tried and tried and tried to get this to work for me, I even watched a few videos to make sure I was using it correctly. Even though I had it on the hottest setting which my hair usually needs very hot heat or it just won't do anything, I have naturally curly, thick hair but as much as I wanted this to work, it just didn't. Out if the 30+ times I tried to get it to curl one tiny piece I got it to work half way, once! love the idea but this just wasn't working for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hair that is thick and wavy and will nooooot hold a curl, no matter what I’ve tried. This thing is the FIRST thing I’ve tried that actually gets a curl to stay and actually last all day. The price is awesome too.
