Pros and Cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how the curls come out cool, that’s a huge pro. The cons are you have to use a smaller section of hair because the opening isn’t very wide but this works for me because I have fine thin hair. I am not sure if it was just me but this pulled some hair out. Wouldn’t recommend this for someone with thick course hair at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the way my hair looked when using this styler! I love that it uses cold air instead of hot air so it's less damaging on your hair. However, the noise is SO loud it sounds like a plane is taking off!

Not the greatest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was really not impressed with this. I was never able to get it to the highest heat setting and it’s not the easiest to use. While I appreciated that the cool air feature left my hair cool after use, it honestly felt like using this tool left my hair frizzy. I’d honestly rather just use my hair straightener or curling wand.

great for very straight hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This curler worked great in my boyfriends short straight hair, but didn’t really do much for my thick, wavy hair. I tried it multiple times in my hair and the curls just would not stay. I would love to see it work on thicker, wavier hair!

alright, but not for beginners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start off by saying that I am not experienced with hair curlers or straighteners, I usually never curl my hair. And I honestly was scared of this device. Trying to work this thing was kind of tricky and difficult. At first it wouldn’t even turn on, but I quickly figured out how to turn it on. Once it turned on there was a very loud noise coming from it, I’m assuming that is the fan. I turned off the fan because it was very loud and seemed to be getting louder and more high pitched, and I was pretty scared of this thing. I turned it on the lowest setting and only curled a few pieces of hair before turning it off. Although it was the lowest setting my hair got pretty hot and I did hear a suspicious subtle frying noise when I used it. It did slightly curl my hair, not giving me very curly hair but more wavy and gave my hair more volume/movement. The curls I got are alright, even without having the fan on they keep their shape. Moving this through my hair, it did get caught on a few strands and pulled a couple of strands of my hair out.
Overall I think the curler is good. Definitely different from what I’ve used before. I’ll be letting my mom, a professional hair stylist, curl my hair with this from now on, as I don’t trust myself to do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this cool aired hair tool! I love how versatile it is with its multi use to straighten or curl my hair. Once understanding how to use i find I can do curls with differently depending on how I use it. I don't know the science behind it but my curls/waves have never lasted as long compared to any other hair tool I've used. I highly recommend this! It's wonderful, very impressed!

I really wanted to like this!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been playing around with this styling tool for almost a month, trying to figure it out. First off, it is not very user-friendly to get it to turn on and get it to the temperature that you are wanting. it consists of holding and pressing a button, and sometime times the setting just turn off and you have to start again. The first time I used it, the buttons and and fan kept turning on and off, and I didnt think it actually heated up, and when I went to wrap it up and put it away, it actually was on and ended up burning my finger. The second time i used it, i actually was able to get more comfortable with holding the button down to get the setting that I wanted, gave it time to start that setting, and it did not turn off or switch on me. i was able to get some little beach waves, and held it with some setting spray. Doing more research, i found that everyone else was getting beautiful ringlet curls with theirs, so I tried it again, with 3 different YouTube tutorials on how to use this tool. I learned a few more techniques, but I still was not able to get the beautiful ringlets. I'm not sure if its becuase of the length or texture of my hair, or if there's something that im still not doing right. With the amount of work that I have spent on trying to get to understand this curling iron, I dont feel that this is something I would ever buy, but I'm very thankful for the opportunity to try it out!
