minimal effort needed astonishing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re like me who hates doing their hair for the simple fact that it takes hours to get a simple curl to stay? This product blew my mind! It takes less than 30 minutes to curl my hair to my liking and I do no need to sit there wait for the curl iron to take up. The curl. Now for the first time in years I do not procrastinate curling my hair normally I cry and sweat just even thinking of doing so lol. This has changed my life for the better. I am so happy I have received this product I tell all my friends about this magic wand

Great concept, but didn’t work for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all to use this you should be skilled in using a hair straightener as a curling iron. I can do this but I would say I have perfected it. Now, for this conair styler it’s even harder than using a straightener for curls in my opinion. The barrel doesn’t glide smoothly, it get stuck leaving weird lines in your curl. Keep your finger on that release button! I had to keep it very slightly pressed in order to get a smooth enough glide. I made sure to not put too much hair in either cause that also causes problems. Over all once I earned an engineering degree, applied proper physics and had and hour to spend, I got a head of decent curls. They came out like Marilyn Monroe old Hollywood glamour type, which for the right occasion is fun. But I was so disappointed.. they completely fell out after maybe an hour or so. I had expected them to last much longer given the idea that the machine is also supposed to cool your hair. Also the cooling fan felt a little weak. The curls were more warm to the touch and not cool. I gave this styler 3 stars because the concept is great and the iron part does work. I debated between 2 or 3 but went with three because maybe this would work for someone else out there. But I felt that it was clunky to use and just couldn’t get the flow of it. Not something I will consider a necessity.

Easier than a flat iron, harder than a curling iro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the concept of the cool air technology but I don’t think it had any effect on my hair. It is really good for preventing burns though, and I think that’s a great benefit. I will probably use this for a while!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really surprised by this. I usually use a Paul Mitchell flat iron and This one is much better. I didn’t use any products on my hair when curling it and the curls were tight and even stayed in place when I woke up. Great product!

NICE AND COOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Conair Cool Air Styler works like a regular hair curler but it has the fan that cools your hair which is nice. It doesnt fry your hair and reduces heat damage. Still gives you a nice curl. No need to be a professional for nice professional curls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have naturally curly hair and I struggle to find a good product that can tame my hair. It's naturally frizzy and the Conair styler is amazing! I can use it with heat or cool and my hair feels healthy and soft after I use it. This product is a must have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this product in exchange for an honest review. I was super excited to get it, but it just isn't a hit for me. It's hard to get your curls to curl the same way, and the curls are pretty tight. I would compare this product to using scissors to curl ribbon. That's how your hair turns out too. It still is hot inside, so don't be fooled by the "cool air." It just helps set the curl. It still damages your hair, and I'd rather use a wand with a more predictable result. I ended up using it to straighten the curls back to normal rather than continuing to curl my whole head. I would pass on this. The quality is great and it looks nice, just doesn't hit the mark.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cool air styler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design curling iron. You can use with the fan on or off. The outside doesn't get hot so you won't burn your fingers. I had to watch several videos & do trial\error on how to use it. If it doesn't curl right the first time, you can just go over it again until you get the right look.
I would recommend this to a friend!
