will work great on short hair

Did nothing for my fine, dense, wavy hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this product but it did nothing for my hair. I have medium length wavy (2a-b) hair that is fine but dense. My waves fall flat after a few days, so I was hoping this might refresh them. I used the medium setting because of my fine texture, and I only saw a hint of a wave when I used the tiniest possible sections. Otherwise it did literally nothing. Also my hair kept trying to fall out of the barrel. Too bad...this had potential but doesn't work in real life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this tool because of its functionality and the different ways it can be used. One thing I noticed was that the clamp doesn’t open very wide so using this curling iron might be a challenge for those with thicker hair. Other than that, I enjoyed how this tool sped up and simplified the process of curling my hair.

great product but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This curling iron essentially does a lot of that work without using a hair dryer or having to pin/roll the hair for a set, which is nice, but it does have a very small plate area and surface, so it takes less hair than I'd like at a time. The heat also just doesn't seem to get hot enough, id rather the tool to be hot so that it can set quickly, then cool quickly. It does however grab and hold hair better than expected due to its springloaded feature, and as long as you are taking proper sections - the curl is there, and it does provide a lot more setting power and hold than a traditional curling iron where the curls begin to fall because they're cooling as they rest, dragging the weight of themselves down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a neato contraption, it does have a slight lurking curve but once you get the hang of it it is pretty cool. While the only curls I was able to get were ringlets ): it by definition did what it could. I have very thick hair and lots of it so unfortunately I could only get so much hair in the plates, I didn’t care to use it for curling BUT…man oh man straightening your hair with this is amazing! My hair never looked and felt so smooth, soft, and shiny. If you’re new to hair tools this is a great beginners tool.

Need to get the hang of it - great 2-in-1 device f

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish this product came with more easy to use buttons, however I’m pleasantly surprised with the results once you take the time to learn how to use it/get used to it.
I think this is a great device to take traveling if you like to both straighten and curl your hair, without having to take both a straightener and curler.
I don’t think you get much control straightening but it does the trick. I was shocked on how close the curls got to my normal curls because I’m quite particular about them. The curls are very quick however this device doesn’t allow you to grab tons of hair.
Overall, this may not be my permanent replacement but I could definitely see myself using this for travel purposes!

Works well but takes some learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try this cool air stylist because it reminds me of Dyson technology. I usually use my flat iron to curl my hair so using this device wasn't too difficult to use. The button that opens the clamp is definitely a little hard to push and requires a bit of hand strength to keep open. Be warned that the clamp does not open too widely and the hair slips out of the top if you place it too high up. After using the stylist a few times, it got easier and my hair looked amazing. The curls were a tad too tight for my liking but after brushing them they loosen. My hair felt soft and heathy after use so that's a perk. Overall I'm pleased with this stylist!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the InfinitiPro Cool Air styler by Conair and was blown away! I it was so easy to use and stays cool on the outer barrel so I won't be burning myself anymore. The curls it gave me were amazing!! I LOVE IT❤️❤️
