Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very easy to use, but there is a learning curve to it. It takes a few times to find how much hair to do at a time, how slow to go, etc. but the results were great and overall is fast!

I’m impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never been able to figure out how to curl using my straightener. I watched a YouTube video on this styler and figured it out pretty quickly. For my first time using it, I’m impressed! It’s not perfect but was pretty fast and looks pretty good!
Pros - easy to use, not too hot to the touch, heats up fast, gentler on hair with cooling fan

Cons - finger easily changes heat setting while using, fan is kind of loud
I plan to keep using and I think it’ll get easier and easier. Happy I got this to test out!

learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only been able to use this a couple of times so far and it’s taken me a bit to figure it out. You have to make sure to rotate it at least 180 degrees, or it won’t curl, at least for me it wouldn’t, and I couldn’t figure out how to make the curl anything less than pretty tight, even with thicker pieces of hair. It’s a cool idea, wondering maybe if the barrel was thicker the curls wouldn’t be as tight. This would work really well for shorter hair. I don’t plan to give up on it just yet because, in general, my hair holds curl better being styled with a tool like this versus a curling iron.

Smooth, Silky Curls!

For my 2A type hair, I applied a Neutrogena Leave-In Cream beforehand to help with heat protection.
To start the styler, you just need to hold down for a few seconds. I selected the medium heat, and depending on how much hair each section had, I held the styler for 5-10 seconds per curl.
Voilà! My hair was smooth and glowing! No dry crisps, it was shockingly healthy and gorgeous.
The outer metal heats up to work on the outer strands, avoiding the need to re-curl a single section multiple times. The cool air technology definitely makes a difference in activating the hair’s natural shine! If you don’t want the cool air, you can also double-click the power button to turn off the air feature and simply use only the outside of the wand to curl your hair the traditional way!
My curls held up all day, even without additional gel or sprays. I received many compliments on my “new” haircut!
This is most definitely a tool you should consider trying. It works fast, has adjustable modes to avoid excessive heat damage, and uses cool air to bring out the natural, healthy gloss of your hair!

I don't have much experience using a styler..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not the type of girl who uses a curling iron or even a hair dryer. So I can't say I even know how to use this product correctly, but I still gave it a try!
I think the cooling fan feature is a bit noisy.. but no louder than a hair dryer, so perhaps not an issue for most.
The heating plates get really hot. I have fine hair so I used it on low, but it still seemed very hot. I wasn't able to do much to my hair with it but that's more because I'm afraid of frying my hair since I don't know what I'm doing. But the product itself is really cool! I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a nice curly look. It heats up quickly, it's also lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Missed the Mark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this styler, but ultimately it wasn't for me. I tried using it multiple times before writing a review. I would say my hair is fairly long as well. The flat iron plates are very loose and you need to use a great deal of pressure to hold the hair inside the iron. Each strand of hair turned out differently, it was either completely straight with a small curl at the end or the entire strand was a spiral curl. The fan is very loud, but does keep the hair cool. I truly found this styler to be frustrating to use on my hair.

Even for the Completely Inept!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start, I have no hair skills. None. Don't even own a hairdryer. So I had to laugh hearing I was selected for this campaign. But joke's on me, it's so easy I made my hair look like I was starting in a Hallmark Christmas movie. They all have the spiral waves just like this! I have waist length hair, and I was able to do half my head with 4 sections. Did I pull out a few strands getting used to the twirl? Yes. But I did get better ad I went, and learned how to turn it correctly and not like a toddler orangutan.
