[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this would be a cool innovative product, but it did not work well on my hair. I use the Kendra heat protectant because my hair is very soft, doesn’t hold curls much. The heat protectant feels like hairspray but once it comes in contact with heat it goes away and holds a curl, this did create waves, but it turn straight after a few minutes

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as part of a voxbox and was excited to read about the cooling portion. I love how EASY it is to use when you use the clamp. It heated up pretty quick but, did take a little bit of time to cool down. I also really liked the cooling function since your hair doesn’t feel hot to the touch right after using it. I will admit I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on until I read the instructions but, once I got past that it was a breeze. I definitely will have to try it out when I go out and will probably make me want to actually take the effort to do my hair.

almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makes lovely, unfussy waves. I especially appreciate the results as someone who has always been terrible at styling my hair (I like to think of it as Alexa Chung or Jane Birkin style rather than ineptitude)
That said, there was still a steep learning curve. And the process of figuring it out left my hair smelling BURNT for DAYS even after washing. I’ve never had that happen, not even in middle school when I overused a cheap, hairspray coated straightener.
I’ll still pick this up when I want to look more put together, but the one setback was a major one. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star product.

Very Disappointing in All Areas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I liked about this curling iron was the look of the design—it’s very pretty. Everything else was subpar. The button to separate the barrels of the curling iron is hard to push and requires a lot of thumb strength. I watched videos on how to correctly use it—it was probably the least intuitive curling iron I’ve ever come across—but the curls still came out looking absolutely horrible. The curling iron was also extremely loud. The noise was so obnoxious that my family could hear it from two rooms away. And while my hair did come out pretty cool to the touch rather than burning hot like most curling irons, this did not affect how long my curls stayed in place. The minimal curl I was able to achieve only stayed in place for about 30 minutes. I would definitely not recommend this product.

Healthier curls that last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This maybe one of my favorite products to try thus far from Infuenser. I must say I'm new to the idea of 'cool curling irons' I didn't know they were a thing. Boy am I glad they are! After I watched one or two tutorials on YouTube on how to set it up and use it I was quite impressed. Curling time is reduced and the results are wonderful. I set mine to the highest setting as I have wavy thick hair and the results were very defined curls. I love that you just twirl once and pull thru the hair (almost like when you pull a pair a scissors down a string of ribbon and you get a bouncy curl) and it produces a bouncy strong curl that is cool to the touch! My only dislike with this is that due to the cooling fan it can be a tad on the noisy side when in use. But I think you can turn the fan off if you want I just haven't figured that out. So that would be my second concern is it takes a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to set up and use. Really thou those are minor things in comparison to the fact that due to the fan you will have less heat damage to your hair and still get beautiful results. I would definitely recommend especially to mom's with girls. I can see this as a safer way to curl their hair as the curls are cool straight after as well as quicker curling time which is always a plus with impatient little ones. Last but not least the curls seem to last longer then a traditional iron. I curled my hair Sunday and here I am writing this review 4 days later and my curls are still fairly intact. Impressed I am!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I was super excited to get this tool but when I received it I plugged it in and it did not work in my hair at all did not hold curl but I love the concept of a cool Curling iron I will give this a five out of 10 I personally would not recommend not for my hair
