Cool, easy, and new!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the overall idea of this tool. It’s always been a struggle of mine for tools and products to hold my curls; one reason being the air cooling the hot curl down too slowly and the curl would just fall. This tool helps SO MUCH with that as it cools the curls immediately!! The only thing that I would change about this tool is the clamp opening because it’s so tight. It makes it difficult to get even small clumps of hair in the clamp. Maybe over time I will get used to it and it won’t be as difficult. The fan on this thing is louder than I expected and it vibrates on the counter making the fan sound louder, but no big deal. It’s not too loud. Again, I really like this! It’s so cool and fun to use!

Difficult to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly reviewed the pamphlet inside the box for this styler and tried my best to follow the minimum instructions. The styler was easy to turn on and lightweight to hold. But understanding how to actually use it was another story. I never got nice curls or really any curl.

Efficient curler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Conair in exchange for my honest review. What can I say about this product being a wonderful tool to help my everyday straight hair. I recently cut my hair short and it was a bummer when I saw that I am receiving a hair curler. It did help my hair curled but I wanted it to stay curled throughout the day. Besides that I love that it is lightweight and easy to use. The buttons not hard to push down and doesn’t hurt my finger. And I did not burn myself like with most hair curler I’d tried. Thank you Influenster and Conair for letting me try this wonderful product!

It was better than expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly don’t know what I was really expecting but I’ve had so much bad luck with heating tools for my hair. This tool made my hair SO shiny and bouncy without frying the color treated parts of it! I honestly love how it made my hair look!

Nice curling iron with a learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn’t your typical curling iron because of the cooling feature. I found that it did have a little bit of a learning curve to it. I appreciated the cooling feature. I don’t know how much it helps with heat damage so only time will tell. I think this is a pretty good curling iron but it does take time to learn to use. If you don’t have the patience for it then it might not be right for you. I plan to keep using it because it’s worth it to me

It's cool! (Pun intended :D )

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really don't know how to curl my hair. That may or may not be apparent to you based on my photos. You see, when I was a kid, my sister used to try to curl my hair and I have scars on my forehead to show for it :D
However, the cool air flow system of this iron helps me get past the PTSD of having a flaming iron sear my skin and the smell of burning hair.
It's supposed to help set the curl, but given that I am a bit inept still, I'm not sure I was able to really get that to happen. I used the lowest heat setting because although my hair is think, it is fine, and I didn't rant to risk damaging it.
My only complaint is that the barrel is a tad big, which did make it a bit unwieldy for me and hard to get the right amount of curl, but that's on me because my hair is short. I do also think the heat selector is a bit unintuitive.
I do think this thing is pretty cool and I'm sure I'll have mastered the art of curling my hair soon because of it!
