Not What I Was Expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very intrigued by this product prior to trying, but unfortunately was underwhelmed. I read the instructions and watched a “how to” video before trying the device. I have fine blonde hair but quite a bit of it and love bigger bouncy curls. I thought this would leave me with crisper longer lasting curls but it did not. I found it difficult to use and the clamp does not open wide enough for larger pieces of hair. The curls did not last at all on me. I first started with the low setting and then switched to the high setting but they all fell. I also could see the clamp marks on my hair depending on how long I held it. The curl did land almost completely cool which I did enjoy. I think this product really just needs a bit more work and refinement. If you enjoy using straighteners to curl your hair then maybe give this a go and see if it works out better for you. Otherwise, can’t say I recommend this. This was gifted to me through Influenster, all opinions are my own.

Curls Last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Conair product is pretty smart! My hair is very straight and doesn’t hold curl very well. It cools your curls as you pull the wand through you hair which results with beautiful bouncy curls that hold much longer than a regular wand. I don’t think I’ll be replacing my NuMe wand but this was great to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall i really love this iron! The curls and waves it produces are perfect and i love that the built in fan cools my hair as it’s styling. I find it to be very easy to handle and my hair pulls through it without any snagging. The sound the fan makes when it turns on scared me the first couple of times but I’m used to it now. My only complaint and reason for knocking 1 star off is because the cord is not long enough for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I plugged it into several different outlets, but it never actually heated up. All the lights would flash, but then go dark and nothing would happen. I am so sad, I wanted to try this so bad!
