Excellent for Novice Hair Stylers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I’m absolutely horrible with hair styling products. Any time I try and use a curling iron I’m afraid I’m going to burn myself and I look like Shirley Temple. I was super excited to receive this when I saw the design that it has an almost flat iron built in to clamp down on the hair. This makes is super easy to use because you just clamp down on a section of the hair near the top of your scalp making it super easy to get in a curl. If you are someone like me who has watched how to use your flat iron to curl your hair videos and have never understood in the slightest how to achieve this effect then this is for you. I also like the cool air technology on the outside of the barrel, it seems similar to Dyson and helps someone like me who’s not super confident with heat tools not be afraid to help the hair around the barrel. I personally like a really causal curl and you can achieve that really easily with this or can go in with smaller sections of hair for a more defined curl. If you are someone who is a whiz with a curling iron I’m not sure this product would be for you but if you are someone like me who only occasionally curls their hair and wants something super user friendly then I would really recommend giving this a try as it’s one of the few heat products for hair I’ve had success with!

amazing styler

I also have a fear of burning myself but this hair curler does not get that hot. If you wanted you could even use it as a hair straightener

I really wanted to like this

I’ve tried using it more than once but it didn’t curl like how I wanted it. I have very long thick hair, but it’s fine so it slipped out very easily when using. After using it, it just looked like I had slept on my hair making it look like it had links in it and not really curly like how I wanted it to look.

A COOL styler!

With long hair i love styling it with different wands, irons, straightners etc, so I was delighted to try the INFINITIPRO BY CONAIR COOL AIR STYLER. The styler took a few to get used to, using the release button and slipping the hair through the panels. After i was done with was a gorgeous, voluminous head of curls- seriously i looked like i stepped out of the 70s. The next day curls looked even better once they dropped. I’d say the best part was the hair after curled was cool to the touch unlike other irons where you can feel the heat damage. I will definitely use this product again and practice with it to achieve even better styled look. Thanks Conair!

I don’t understand why...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi! I’m a hairstylist. I use this machine for 2 weeks and it’s useless thing. You need to spend more time with this iron. It takes 30-40 min for me to make curls. With regular strengthening iron I can do curls in 15 min. And I’m not really like the result with this iron. I love more loose curls. And my blonde hair was a little burns.

bit of a learning curve

I am trying to get into styling my hair more and this helps my thin/fine hair. I'll be continuing to practice but first impressions is I love it!

Healthy Waves and curls !

This Styler is perfect for quickly creating losing waves. The hairstyle looks more natural. The rounded shape of the styler allows you to create perfect waves.
I tried to make the waves with a regular flat iron(like TikTok video), it is quite uncomfortable and does not come out as easily as a styler from Conair.
I used medium temperature for thick bleached hair, a couple of seconds is enough for the strand of hair to become wavy. This styler is perfect for every type of hair (3 heat settings)

Pros :
1. Air
The main plus of this styler is that the hair does not overheat from the styler as from any other styler, because it includes currents of cold air.
2. Material
Quartz ceramic-coated plates protect against hair overheating. I’m picky about tools for hair and skin. Ceramic coated is healthier for the hair.
3. No burns on your fingers!
I have a cone-shaped curling iron and I constantly burn my fingers. This tool is perfect for my hands!
4. Easy to pull out!
Compared to automatically rotating stylers/curl machines like Babyliss pro curl genius curl which can chew your hair you can easy to pull out your hair.
Cons:
1. Difficult to turn on.
It took me a while to figure out how to turn on the styler. (You need to press the button for a couple of seconds, the instruction is pretty clear).
2. Practice making waves.
You need to hold the styler at a certain angle to make the waves clearer.
Waves are not obtained immediately, but you can learn how to make them faster and easy!
Overall: I am happy to have such a great styler and give a 5 out of 5 for making my experience creating curls healthier.

difficult to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried this a couple times, I’ve curled and straitened my hair. You have to learn to hold it, doesn’t open wide so hard to get hair in but have to hold closed with second hand when curling or straightening. I feel it gives a super tight curl. I do prefer to continue to use my straightener to curl hut will test this out a couple more times.
