[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving this new product! I am not a “girly girl” when it comes to doing hair. When I would curl it, one side always looked amazing, the other always looked limp. This product helps my hair look great on both sides! Practice makes perfect too! I can’t wait to use it again!

Didn’t live up to the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the concept of this tool is smart, the idea of reducing damage is appealing however it didn’t live up to the hype for me. It pulled & snagged a good bit and the curls just didn’t hold up and were very inconsistent. While I was hopeful for this tool it didn’t prove much more useful than my straightener. Some may like it but I would not recommend this to my friends/family.

decent curling iron for loose waves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the first try, it definitely took some getting used to for how best to use this tool. I have long, thick hair so you really need to break it down in to smaller sections in order to get more than a very loose wave. Once I got the hang of it, the tool produced some nice loose curls, but it will take some practice for the curls to look consistent across your whole head. For instance, if you wrap the hair around the tool twice, do the same thing for every section otherwise some sections will look looser than others. The cooling function is a nice to have, but not essential.

No more burns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always had the worse time with flat irons and getting burned and this one takes away the chance of that happening. It heats up quickly (within seconds) and the fan comes on blowing cool air so the outside is always cool to the touch. It has a fairly large barrel so I did not try to curl my hair as it’s on the shorter size but used it as a flat iron and then to turn the ends under. It’s a perfect tool for that with no weird bumps or lines when curling under. I liked how it clamps around the hair, even very fine/thin hair like mine. The only negatives might be that it does make a soft whirring sound due to the cooling fan (it’s actually pretty quiet though) and turning it off takes a few seconds for the fan to wind down. Overall it’s a great product and would recommend.

Cool Air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love you can do excellent curly, you do not burn when you try to do the curly, it has a sound when you turn it on but you get used to the sound If you wish to use the Cool Air Styler as a traditional curling wand, turn off the cool air by pressing the ON/OFF button twice and wrap hair around the outside barrel.

Magical tool!

don’t bother if you have a straightener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool did a great job curling, but it gave me the exact same result as curling my hair with a straightener. I was hoping for something different. Also found it kind of confusing to turn on and use. Definitely results in good curls, but if you know how to curl your hair with a straightener there is no need for it.
