doesn't burn hands; has a learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite part of this curler is that the barrel does not get super hot, so less chance of burning your fingers. The heated area is more like a flat iron that doesn't open as much as I thought it would. I had some trouble getting good curls out of it, but hopefully will get easier with some practice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good styling tool but there is definitely a learning curve especially for long hair. I’m not one to use a straightener to curl so I had to look up some tutorials but I think I’ll do ok once I get more practice.

ok for loose waves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the Medium setting and the result was very loose waves. I used smaller sections of my hair than what I use normally. I think this product would work for people that hair curls easily. My hair doesn’t curl as easily and needs higher heat. I tried out the high setting and got a pretty loose curl. I like the concept of the product but think it would work better with easier to curl hair.

easy to use and cool touch hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling air around the barrel makes it so that your hair is cool to the touch afterwards which is nice. It is easy to use but I wish the release button was in a easier place to push and find. The whole appliance is pretty lightweight which is nice. I am going to try it for straightening next but i am not sure if it clamps down tightly enough.

I am normally so uncoordinated when it comes to trying to curl my hair ,but this particular curler is so much easier to use . I have hard to style hair so having the cooling fan function has been a game changer for me. It curls great and my curls last way longer than I normally can get them to. I’d highly recommend this to beginners in curling hair..The only thing about it I am not too crazy about is the fact it doesn’t open very much which can make it kinda tricky to get hair in for some people particularly when doing the back of the head..other than that great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy cow this made styling my extremely long hair super quick and east and the curls stayed well without using hairspray! I also used this on my daughter who has very thick, course hair and it curled her hair super quickly and easily and my other daughter, who can never hold curls, had curly hair all day!! I see some people left negative reviews, but I think you just have to practice and find the technique that works best for you and follow that. You can create different looks just like with your straightener based on how you hold the iron - ringlets, beach waves, etc. - but the cool air barrel helps create consistent curls and it sets the curl as well. You can turn the fan off if you prefer and you can adjust the heat setting as well! You won’t be disappointed!

Wouldn’t buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try this curler when it came in the mail but ended up being disappointed after trying it. The barrel is hard to open and when it does, it doesn’t open very much which makes it difficult to curl hair. And sometimes your hair will get snagged through the process. Another down side is the setting. It’s kind of confusing to work with because theres only one button and you have to hold it down to change setting. Overall, not the best product and wouldn’t pay money for this.
