[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this tool more than I thought I would! I normally curl my hair with a curling iron with clamp, and thought I had perfected my routine that way, so I wasn’t sure if I the infinitipro cool air styler would add anything to my routine.
The heating element on this tool is flat, like a flat iron, but unlike a typical flat iron, there is a clamp that opens when you press the button. This makes it much easier to use this iron to curl hair. I had previously tried to curl my hair with a flat iron and really struggled, so I was surprised how easy it was to do so with this tool, even though I think it will still take some getting used to.
The unique part of this tool is that it blows out cool wind that supposedly sets your style. It can be turned off, so I tried it either way and I don’t really see a difference in the results. It does make a small whirring sound when the fan is on.
How your curls turn out depends on how slowly you run the tool through your hair and how big of a section you put in at once, so the results can be uneven/inconsistent, but I like that effortless, relaxed wavy look, so this worked out for me.
Overall, I will definitely keep using this product, even though for curling hair, I still think that a regular curling iron with a round barrel is more beginner-friendly and foolproof.

what is this magic?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always one who found a way to burn some kind of body part on a hot iron, let it be my fingers, face, neck. This one it will happen no more. I was literally able to put my whole hand on the outside of the barrel and I didn’t even feel warmth!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] . It is easy to use and the directions were intuitive. I predominately straighten my hair and have tried to use various straighteners to curl. However, the curl doesn't hold and I have trouble with an easy slide on all types of straighteners. The blow dryer cools hair as you curl or straighten. Double click the power button if you want the blow dryer off.

cool air technology at a lower price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the dyson air wrap and use it frequently, and so I’m familiar with cool air technology in hair tools. This is a good alternative tool for a lower price point. Curls hold up with hairspray well. However it did snag on my hair a few times :/

I love that it uses cool air technology as to not damage my hair as much! It is easy to use and get the hang of. I would and have recommended this to others!

pleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my doubts about this unique curler, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy to use this was! I’m not an experienced user, and I was able to make pretty tight curls that lasted 48 hrs in only 20 minutes. I love that it’s so straight forward and makes it hard to burn yourself. This would be good for younger or beginner users.
