I've never curled my hair before however I will start now with this device. I did my whole head on low setting. I blow dried my hair straight as I could with heat protectant. Then I applied some gel to my hair and then blow dried that low through my hair and then curled hair. My curls are soft and no heat damage! I have fine thick hair. Depending on how thick you pieces of hair or how many degrees you turn the device you will get different type of curls. Still practicing with this device. My curls held for days. Took me 30 minutes to do my whole head.

My old dryer died and I replaced it with a Conair. My old dryer (not a Conair) had 1875 watts (and it was WAY more expensive nearly 10 years ago) and I was hesitant to buy the Conair because it was only 1875 watts. But I took a chance. It blew me away! This thing is powerful and dried my hair in nothing flat. So glad I took a chance. Hopefully, it will last as long as my old one did.
