Easy Waves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved how quick I could get all over waves with this styler. As opposed to my normal curling iron, my waves were loose and bouncy without being too tight and coily. I’ll definitely be adding this product to my styling routine!

Good Idea But Not For Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of the curler but it didn’t work that well for me because I have thick long hair. If you’re good at curling your hair with a straightener or you have shorter hair then this curler would probably work for you. I could get a few curls here and there but even when I was trying to be consistent the actual curls were very inconsistent. Because I have long hair most of the curls that I even managed to get would be curly at the top and bottom but would somehow stay straight in the middle no matter how many times I tried. I also don’t like that the curler doesn’t open up much because again if you have long and thick hair like me then it’s difficult to get your hair in the curler and it just takes way too long. Overall, it’s just not a reliable curler for my hair type and I don’t see myself using it again because of the inconsistency.

Cool new product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this product. I had high hopes but I could not get it to make good curls for me. I have seen good curls from users on YouTube but it is not easy for amateurs to use. The cooling fan is nice and your hair is cool when it’s done which is nice. It does seem that it makes beach’s waves for me. It’s not right for me for this price point but I’m sure it would work well for some!

Hard to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried several times to use this, but I found it difficult to get good curls. I managed to get a couple, but there didn't seem to be a technique I could replicate to get a whole head of curls. I even tried to read the instruction manual, but it wasn't a ton of help. The design is really cool - when closed, it's round like a curling iron, but when open, the inside has plates like a flat iron. It's pretty noisy, it seems to suck air in to cool and set your style while styling. I wish the instructions were more helpful in creating a whole head of curls, because I was so excited about this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was excited to try this product but I really couldn’t get the hang of it. I watched some videos on how to use it. The curls were very inconsistent. Some came out really nice others not. When I would try to go over an area that I had curled before it would just flatten out. The curls also didn’t hold for long. I will keep using it to try to see if the more I use it I get better at it. I did like the cooling aspect of it and I didn’t burn my hands at all while using it. Just wish it was a little easier to get good curls.

Slightly Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off this review by saying that I’m a person who’s been curling their hair for about 10 years now. Curlers, wands, wavers, I have tried them all. And this product disappointed me. It is a straightener with a back that looks like a curler. I have medium length hair, but I did have my friend with longer hair try it as well. For her hair, the curler worked better, for mine, the rotation/ angle was harder. I find the buttons hard to function, and the clamp is not necessarily the best if you have weak hands. I am slowly getting the hang of it, but it leaves my hair slightly frizzy and takes longer than a normal curler. On the pro side, you don’t feel the heat on your hair! Good for looser waves. Since there is a learning curve, I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest product to use. I would only recommend this product if you’re truly worried about heat damage!

Great for adding shape to hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary from Influenster but these opinions are all my own. This hair tool is nice for adding a curl at the bottom of your hair. I first used this product to curl my hair for Halloween and there is definitely a learning curve. Once I got the hang of it, I curled the rest of my hair very quickly. I think this does a nice job giving some curl to the ends of the hair but I’m not sure I would use it to make big curls as it dried out my hair when I used it. I think it’s a great tool to add some curl and volume on an every other day basis and it definitely cut down my time of curling . I think the directions could’ve been a little more clear but once you figure it out it becomes second nature. This is great for someone who curls their hair once or twice and week for some texture . I took off a star for the learning curve for use and bc it dried my hair out when I curled it from root to end. I would recommend this for the occasional curler!

Love this iron!
