First they deliver the laptop with a remarable delay, after I got it, I had to go on a vacation to another coutry. I tried to work on laptop, after some days it faced an error, blue screen, its OS didnt work properly. I took it to a store in my country after some tests I realized the HDD had a problem and was damaged. The point is I got a brand new laptop, but exactly the repairman at the store showed me that the laptop had been opened before, it wasnt a brand new!!! Does it really happen? People cant realize this, but experts can easily notice that. Now I am still away fram Canada and cannot give it back to Bestbuy during this one month refund period! That is my experience. So aweful!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Multipurpose Laptop

This was exactly what I needed as a fusion of work, home, and entertainment. I had been watching this product on Best Buy for some time and recently my finances and a sale price coincided giving me this excellent buy The processor and graphics are incredible and overall I am enjoying this purchase greatly. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a business/home management computer that doubles as a gaming platform. If I were to have any comments on the con side they would be: the weight was a little more than I expected, the charger becomes quite hot and likely needs a cooling system of its own (the laptop itself though stays very cool with more than adequate ventilation), and lastly the speakers are lost on the fact that they tend to be muffled when the laptop is laid flat but the sound is really good none-the-less with a pretty good bass end for internal speakers. Great buy, very happy.

Just buy it in 1 months and use for my coding project, 12th i5 is really worth it, more cores more performance, handle my project really well. Also 3050ti is top entry level GPU. Thus, overall is a really good choice! 12th intel CPUs is really good choice to buy it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard to say...

Well... this laptop uses 12th generation intel CPU, which is one of the main reason I buy it. it also has a not bad entry level GPU (I mean 3050ti is sufficient to playing most of games, though not in maximum graphics setting). the problem is not from the CPU/GPU, it comes from the laptop itself, to be specific, it comes from the motherboard, it has the 2nd SSD slot, and it enables you to expand your interal storage in a easier way without replace you original SSD. However, I don't know if newer version of this laptop has fixed, for my laptop, if you add 2nd ssd, you might experienced blue screen error if you transferring larger amount (though I am not sure how larger it is, for me the problem starts at 10gb) of files from you SSD1 to SSD2, and when I check in details, I find my 3050ti driver is offline, which might explain the results; I later learn from both offical forum and internet users that this might be indicated that there are some conflicts on the motherboard channels and I am not sure if the laptop manufacturer is going to solve the problem through the BIOS update, or I have to complete replace to the newer motherboard... thus if you feel that 512GB SSD is sufficient for your work/study then this laptop might be a option for you, although you know, since it is a gaming laptop, do not have high expectation on battery running (for me, this laptop typically holds around 3-5 hours depend on your settings and working/studying environment). if you want to have the 2nd SSD slots, then my suggestion is [you know what the option is]... Sincerely, Sims
