I love my laptop. It's super fast and reliable which is important because half of my income is earned WFH on my computer. I also use it to play WoW and it's the smoothest experience I've had in years.
The internals seem great on this machine, very fast and lots of storage. The materials used to build the body feel like cheap recycled plastic. I would rather have recycled aluminum, but for the price this is a great machine.
This is the second laptop of this model I have had in a month. There appears to be a flaw in the software or hardware across all models of this type. It is impossible to have an Ethernet connection using the Type-C port that works for any length of time. After a few minutes, the Ethernet connection is dropped. I have finally resorted to connecting to the Ethernet using one of the USB 3.0 ports. The connection is now rock solid.
I really like how fast this laptop is and the size, however, even though the screen is Full HD, the resolution and clarity is not the best but it does an okay job.
No more DVDs! Very fast, but compared to other HP laptops I have owned, why changed the placement of the power button and move the power line to the opposite side?
