i like the size and portability of this device. My problem is that the keyboard is so sensitive that as I am typing the cursor flies around the screen, so that often discover that I've typed characters in an inappropriate location, and also that the text and image on the screen frequently changes without warning, sometimes even switching to another window! You can imagine my consternation and frustration with these problems. I have googled the problem and been instructed to go to settings, keyboard, but not found anything which helps with my problem.

I love HP laptops which I've used for years at work. This is the first new HP laptop I buy for home, and I was surprised to see that the mouse-pad buttons get stock quite often. Really disappointing. I was also surprised to see that the keyboard doesn't light up, I thought this was a standard feature this days.

My laptop was about 8 years old and I recently replaced it with this and I love it! I mainly use it for work, spreadsheets, email, zoom calls, and watching YouTube and browsing online. It starts up quickly, I love the keyboard, and the screen clarity is great! I purchased the snow white one and it is pretty and sleek. It also arrived about a week before the expected date which was awesome. Overall I'm really happy with it! Customer service was great to work with as well.
