Product advertised as Windows 10 with free upgrade to Windows 11. But I was never asked for the Win 11 upgrade (which I did NOT want).
I had User Error trying to use an RF Mouse during initial setup which FROZE the machine. I forgot that Press Start+Hold 10 seconds has replaced Ctrl-Alt-Del (if I ever knew that). Ship a tip with the machines, as my suggestion.

The keys are invisible, the mouse pad is useless. On the positive side it has a screen, a long black thing that plugs into the wall.
