I was skeptical about learning the new features and a new OS, but I can say HP tutorials were so helpful in guiding me around the laptop! I am so satisfied and hope this one lasts the years and years that the prior one did!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sure this was most likely in the specs of the computer but I thought all computers had. a port in the computer for the ethernet cable but mine did not and I would have liked that option for fasters hardwired speeds
