[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband who is disabled and uses a laptop daily. It is very light, I was surprised at how fast the processor is. I bought it because he can not use a touch screen. My only complaint is that the letters and numbers are not backlit and are difficult to see. I purchased large fluorescent stick on ones to put on the keys and this has been a life saver for him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mouse on laptop kept getting stuck. Screen froze a lot and microphone no longer worked. I sent back. Laptop is a bit too expensive to have so many problems. Great camera and screen size though and lightweight.

I am a pastor and I truly need my camera for virtual services and bible studies and meetings. HP tried to fix it remotely, nevertheless I ended up having to send in the computer. I was without a computer for almost a week - screen was replaced and I'm good now. I previously owned the Pavillion 360, 2 in 1, and I absolutely love this computer. I have No Complaints. Love the features, battery time, screen resolution, etc.
