This laptop came to me defective (no spring action on the media carder). Now the replacement has the same issue again! In the process now to return for a full refund. It's really a shame as I've been a customer of HP for many years and this a huge disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't give more than one star for a product that has been at the repair shop since I received it. Battery is defective and won't charge. Bought it 3 weeks ago, never used it myself much and another week or so before I might see it again.
