[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August because my Dell was dropped and I needed a decent replacement fast. I knew it didn’t have many of the features I had come to appreciate with my Dell but figured as long as it had minimal features, I’d be fine. It felt cheaply made with light plastic. Well about a month in it froze and wouldn’t connect to any internet-WiFi or otherwise. So I factory reset it. After maybe the 6th reset it began working again. Fast forward to November, the keyboard quit functioning. The only way it works is to plug in a usb keyboard. What a waste of money. This isn’t even their bottom of the line model. I will NEVER buy another HP product again. Dell Inspiron had so many more features, was well made, and did not have these ridiculous problems. It survived 3 years rather than 3 months. Don’t waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice laptop. Works well for what I need. Super fast start-up. Wish battery lasted longer. It doesn't last near as long as stated. Keyboard keys should be lit up or atleast a different color so they are easier to see. I got a great deal prior to Thanksgiving and overall I'm happy with my purchase.
