I did not do a lot of shopping, but was mainly seeking a touch screen HP. I am not having difficulty with the operation nor transferring my files. I did not research fully prior to purchase. I have today discovered i do not have a DVD/CD port and only two USB ports directly next to each other. These are the only issues I have so far with the product. But these issues are my fault, I did not research fully. I just assumed all computers had the same configuration.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the labtop doesn't seem to accept passwords. it takes several times inputting/changing to the exact password to accept. Don't know if registered or not - keeps sending msg that it's not registered! lite on side stays on all time - battery life is about 1-2 hours! seems like a small amount of time before needs recharging!
