I do not know that much about this function or why but I do know it frustrates me as I feel I should not be limited to what I want to do and need to jump through a bunch of hoops to download what I want for how I want to use it how I want or need to. It frustrating and would have stopped me from the purchase of I had know about the hoops. It may be simple and a few clicks to someone “in the know” but well not me .

I use my computer for my business, so I can't afford to be without it for 2 weeks to send it back for replacement. I have to now get an external camera. I still recommend the computer. Just check all systems before relying on it.

My excitement turned to disappointment. The Microsoft OS is hard to navigate. I wish I had bought another chromebook. The HP is great but I cant get passed the OS.
