I purchased this laptop on Black Friday, and didn't receive it until Christmas Eve. That part is no or very little fault of HP. However, considering I have used the laptop less than a week and it has completely freaked out and died on me four times (THREE tonight in the two hours I have been using it), I'm convinced it's GARBAGE. Hate it, and wish to return it. Going back to Lenovo immediately if not sooner. AWFUL first time experience with this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
