Have had this laptop for 6 weeks. I'm happy with the processor speed but not happy with the stiff keyboard or the track pad. The cursor sometimes moves when I pause in typing, resulting in my continuation ending up in the wrong place. The camera quality is also disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never owned a real laptop....never.....after setting up and making some adjustments to preference settings , everything was unbelievable..Display was so clear..sound perfect. Just added a wireless mouse cause I just can't handle a touch pad but hey?

The processor is amazing. I am impressed by the speed at which everything opens. The mouse is easy to use. I like how the border around the screen is so thin. Also, this laptop is incredibly light.

I use this for business and I need to use both USB ports at the same time. This laptop does not allow me to do this because the ports are too close together, this is very inconvenient and is something you should ou old consider for future designs. Other than that it works fine.

The HP laptop is sturdy, with great grip that won't fall off. The keys are large in letter size, and easy to click & type. The display is easy to adjust and Windows installed is easier than ever. and the color of it id a beautiful pearl. Track pad smooth. Couldn't be happier, especially with he price I paid and the i5 processor & SSD.
