I haven't had it very long, so far the only thing I can think of that knocks it down from 5 stars is that the power button is within the top line of buttons. If you're in the dark you don't know which button to push until you memorize which one it is.

I was using chromebooks for the past several years but they have gotten so expensive and have expiration dates for security updates, I decided to go back to a laptop and couldn't be happier with my purchase. This model is faster than expected with multiple tabs open and various spreadsheets open as well. If you're on the fence about purchasing, don't be. Product delivers as (or more) than promisded.
