The computer was substandard and was not HP quality I have been using for 20 years. It was defective product and didn't have the memory driver it was supposed to have.

Very Stylish with the gold color. The computer works very well. The MacAfee program which came with the computer interrupted the one drive syncing. Once it was removed the transition went very well.

The new windows is very difficult to use. I don't like it. My external hard drives dont work with my new computer. I lost my pictures and other important data I had on these drives.
