Mostly great. Do not like when I was customizing before purchasing I asked for Mediatek and received Realtek. Don't like that my backlit keyboard turns off after 10 seconds.

Laptop is very nice and so far has met expectations. The only thing I should have included when I ordered the unit was a lit keyboard. Keyboard is not user friendly if keys are not lit up or colored.

The only criticism I have and it's a big one is that the silver keys on the keyboard make it very hard to see the the letters, numbers, etc. because the screen brightness or sun or room lighting washes out the letters etc.. My 8 year old Pavilion had a black keyboard and no problem under any lighting condition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent computer for price - color misleading

Decent computer for price after sign I can’t discount on site. Got it for my wife who didn’t need anything fancy. Just enough to surf internet,do zoom calls, and use Google docs. It’s fine for that. My only complaint is the color. One of the reasons I went with this computer was that my wife wanted a gold color and besides MacBook, no others had color variations besides silver, black, and maybe blue. I paid extra for the warm gold color but it really looks silver. My wife is disappointed, but not enough to go through hassle of returning it. It’s not a flat silver but definitely not close to gold, so frustrated I paid extra for a color that isn’t represented well by its name.
